Order Availability
To ensure we maintain our unmatched quality, orders are currently processed on a pre-order basis. However, we do keep a limited number of products in stock and ready to ship. These are often snapped up quickly by our partner hairstylists. If you require your order sooner, please reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Details
We kindly ask that your billing and delivery address match to avoid payment issues or delays.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Processing & Shipping Timeframes

• For UK and Channel Islands residents, we aim to deliver your order within 7 working days.

• For international shipping, delivery may take up to 10 working days, depending on location. If there are any delays, we will contact you before the end of the 7th or 10th working day.

All shipments are handled through trusted couriers such as Royal Mail or DHL.
