For hair lengths 12” to 18”, we recommend purchasing a minimum of 3 bundles. An exception may apply when using a frontal and opting for a shorter hairstyle, such as a bob with 12” bundles in this case, 2 bundles may be sufficient.

For hair lengths 20” and above, we recommend purchasing 4 bundles for use with a closure, frontal or leave out. This ensures a full, voluminous finish. Please note that our bundles are sold by weight, so the longer the length, the shorter the weft. It’s also common practice to double the longer bundles at the back of the head for a fuller appearance, so please consider this when placing your order.

Yes, absolutely! Our hair ranges from raw hair to top quality virgin hair, and all of it can be dyed. However, please keep in mind that frequent colouring or chemical processing may affect the longevity of the hair over time.

We are happy to offer an exchange for purchases as long as they are returned within 10 days of purchase, this is based on the goods being in their original condition, unworn and without any tags removed. If the returned goods meet our return criteria you will receive a refund for the price of the items purchased, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
